Office in retail


Microsoft Office’s worldwide retail team approached Indigo Slate needing help creating customer facing marketing materials for online and instore locations. The worldwide team was focused on creating material that regional channels would leverage for a consistent omni-channel brand experience.

Our solution created marketing materials that speak to what the Office product enables users to create and do. This ranged from web pages that Microsoft could hand to retailers, social campaigns, email templates, retail training materials, to instore assets. A large amount of time was focused on how to best educate the user on the benefits of Office so they quickly could make the best buying decision from the extended SKU offering. We also introduced lifestyle photography in retail at a brand level for the first time in Office’s long history.
